ACC, Associate Certified Coach
CPC, Certified Professional Coach
I approach coaching from a place of compassion, empathy, courage and vulnerability.
I’ve walked the path of student, wife, mother, teacher, divorcé, and empty nester. I am now happily single, proud parent of two amazing adult sons and a loving grandma. I’ve celebrated the joys of life and confronted it’s pains with my heart always aiming towards personal growth and development. This journey has added richness to my life and makes up the mosaic of who I am today. My commitment to personal development and my desire to guide others back to their own heart and essences led me through the extensive training as a Transformational Life Coach. I relate to the longing for a deeper connection with yourself. I hold the space for that discovery.
I have always been active and involved in the field of education and development. My first career was as a Special Education and later an English Language learner (ESL) Teacher. As a life-long learner, I am dedicated to the growth and deepening awareness that results in positive change. I am influenced and inspired by the work of Brene Brown, Kristin Neff, David Emerald and countless others in the field of coaching and personal development, who are dedicated to exploring compassion, vulnerability and courage.
I look forward to meeting you and walking the path together.
